The Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation is a peer-reviewed annual publication with a law review format, produced and edited by Penn State University's Dickins...on School of Law, under the supervision of Prof. Thomas E. Carbonneau. With the law schools long-standing reputation in the international and domestic arbitration and ADR community, the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation provides deserving and qualified PSU law students with a challenging editorial experience. Students are supervised by a student-run editorial board and student editor in chief. The faculty supervisor holds a distinguished professorship on the law faculty. Students are awarded academic credit for their work. The Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation covers domestic and international developments in arbitration by publishing scholarly and professional articles, thorough summaries of leading cases, legislative analysis and other documents. The U.S. Supreme Court remains active in this subject area and continues to favor the recourse to arbitration. Arbitration and ADR are a large and growing part of U.S. law practice.
